Ning Developer for custom social networking website

Looking to develop a custom Ning social website that will have a custom home page. I already have a site ([url removed, login to view]), but I'm interested in having someone customize it. This site will be a pay for membership site, so I'd like that part set up too. I have a layout of the way that I want the site created.
The site will also integrate all the existing Ning features. I am looking for someone who will be able to program the front end of the site to accomplish this on the frontpage of the website. I also will want to have a custom look graphically and make the site look very professional.
