Fixing an HTML issue.

We have a bootstrap website on test version;
[url removed, login to view]
On the top of the footer you can see 2 logos: er-kim and MDT.
HTML part is;

There is no problem on normal resolutions, but when the resolution is < 480px, it became wrong (jpg is on attach)
I need it to be fixed for i phone (320x480). For normal resolution i want to keep image widths as 180+203px. But for smaller resolutions i want to keep 2 logos at the same line, but the widths should be smaller of course (180+203 > 320px)
Now, i dont know why its making 2 lines for a resolution of 450-460 pixels why we have enough space..
Please dont forget to keep "a product of" text vertical aligned.
