We are looking to revamp our website. The one we have currently has 2 flash animations which will not work on tablet devices and the site is looking dated.

We want to bring it up to date, we would like to keep the animations, but ensure they work on tablet devices also, I believe HTML 5 is capable of this.

The site needs to scale from smart phone screen to desktop size without issues.

It is a fairly large all html site at present. However, much of this can be condensed.

The products pages will require the facility for the siteadmin to attach publicly downloadable pdf files.
