HTML code to load and display movie files

I would like some HTML code to accomplish the following task: - Assume that a list of URL pointing to movie clips has been compiled. Each URL will have an associated description - use the URLs to generate a page to show the user with the comment and a checkbox next to it. This will be a framed page (left side of the page) - User will be able check any check box of the movie clips to be viewed - After pressing a "GO" button (located in a footer frame), then a frame on the right side of the page will display the movie clip. If multiple clips are selected (likely), then the next movie clip will be loading as the current movie is being displayed. The effect would be to see a series of uninterrupted clips (assuming that the loading time of clip #2 is less than the viewing time of clip #1 ....). Loading of clip #x+1 while clip #x is playing is a key point of bid request. - Three frames will be on this page: left frame: a check box list of comments right frame: where the clips will be displayed bottom frame: where the GO button is displayed
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
