Joomla Tracker Stats Extension NEEDED!

This project should be (from what it seems at least) a super easy one (Although, I am not a programmer, so I speak with an uneducated tongue when I say it's easy). All I need done is have a module/component built that will integrate within my Joomla site a stats page where registered users will be able to view the people that have been tracked going to their myspace profiles, using a code that has been placed there that was provided by us. The great thing about this project is that I already have a working code that we can use, as it has been shown in the past to be a difficult task tying to write a new code with scripting in it that myspace hasn't blocked due to the high security they have in place to fight against spamming and phishing. I would need you to be confident that you would be able to understand how the current code I have works (i.e. how it returns the values or info that it pulls from the computers or cookies of the person being tracked.). Furthermore, after understanding how the code works, I would like you to be able to edit it to point the information pulled back to my site and my Joomla module/component instead of the site it used to be intended for. The reason I want to continue using this code is due to the fact that myspace has blocked so many different variations of this code and this one has been tested to still work properly, that and it would probably save time just trying to figure out the in's and out's of this code rather than trying to write a new one. Also, if you are SERIOUS about this project and think that you understand everything as I have explained to you thus far, please let me know and I will forward to you a link were you can go over the code that I will be supplying to you so that you can let me know if you will be able to edit it to make it work genuinely for my site and the stats module/component that will be being built tot work along with it.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
