Repair ajax contact form

Repair the form so it send the email with all informations (fields)
Found and repair why only 4 errors are displayed by defauld (validation is working but dont display the errormessage on all fields)
Add CPF (brasilian Registernumber) Validation to form (class available) and make this field only required when brasil is selected as country write beside the field (Brasil only)
Add Creditcard validation (Class avialable) write beside cvv code field "what is this" with a link
Make the dropdown for payment when i select something other than a creditcard hide the fields "cardnumber,Expiration Date and CVV2"
if a creditcard is selected make this fields required "cardnumber,Expiration Date and CVV2"
make the valitation working for select boxes terms and politics add a link beside this boxes to the terms and politics
i use this script [url removed, login to view] but i add on my site 20 more fields all of them need be send in mail and need be valitated
make the subject field hidden
the most work is allready done i add all fields to all files but it dont work prober it need work like the original script but with all my fields and requirements
