The site can be in PHP or ColdFusion, preferrably ColdFusion. The only thing that I want to make strict is the use of advanced programming concepts OOP, making the reuse of code very easy to do. If you are quoting a PHP version similar to the site, PHP5 is required. If you are going to quote a ColdFusion version of the site, ColdFusion MX 7 is required. No out of date code will be accepted and again, OOP methodologies are required. Database can be MSSQL or MySQL.
All the functionality of the site is required for the bid, I am not looking for partial work. I would like to get bids on this as soon as possible so that I can begin this project.
If you are not capable, no need to bid. Serious programmers only.
The name of this site and application will be Save-A-Step and it will be a recurring billing service similar to billthru.com. If you have any further questions, please post them and I will try to return a response as soon as I can. We have several high profile websites that we own and would like to outsource the work for this project and other projects that we would like to get started.
