I am a PhD candidate studying International Political theory with experience in econometric forecasting.? I have a project that I'm working on creating for my dissertation that involves a real-time assessment of a variety of different variables for a list of UN member states (plus Palestine).?
I need a map that can be placed on a website that can display the following:?
The rough geographical relation of different countries (just like the nytimes map)
The ability to have the map access a data file that would change the size of the? bubble relative to the change in a certain set of fundamentals; ie., the bubble size changes when the numbers change on the data sheet.
The color is also able to change when the number changes in the data
Mouse-over capabilities.
A scroll-down menu that would allow the map to access different data sets.
What you do:? make the application using the list of countries that I specify,? with the functionality described above.? Make sure that it works, and that's it!
