I need someone to program and to remove few things for a forum script ( nextbbs ) Can be seen here [url removed, login to view]*xt.c*om ( please remove the stars)

First Will be needed to remove that chat from there, remove from the footer that stupid links and that 5 images in footer (nothing much there)

but then I need also an referral system and reward system to be build here inside,

I need an option that users will be able to refer peoples using their ref links to this forum ( they will get also a reward for every people they refer) earning system will be following that they will get forum cash for posting,making new threads, just for registering at this forum and for refering peoples to join this forum , Also this referral system will be needed implanted to main domain cas*[url removed, login to view] , and referral url must look like cas*xt.com/ref=username or something like that, as all users will come first to that main domain before they join forum! Then there will be also needed a system with what I can convert from admin panel users virtual money to real money using setted rate and also an withdraw option for users where requests would show in my admin panel!

THIS MUST BE DONE in NO MORE THEN 1-3days! And I won't need a design.
