Need a Program/Bot created to auto post

I need to have a program created that can auto post text ads to a variety of classifieds sites - I do NOT NEED A CRAIGSLIST POSTER.
This program will be sold only to members of a large membership site. Each member has a unique username. Each member is required to post at least 1 ad per day to a classifieds site. The list of sites has already been pre-determined. The text ads have also already been created. Here's what we need:
1. Person signs up for our posting program on a monthly recurring fee. The program should ask the customer for their username from the membership site - 1 license should be issued per username from the membership site. I'd like to be able to adjust the monthly fee if needed.
2. The program should be able to auto-register at the classified websites (I will provide a list of all the websites). The program should also be able to create an email account if needed in order to register.
3. After registration, the user should be able to choose from a list of pre-determined text ads (I will supply all of the ads). Each of these text ads includes a link with the username in the link, so this program should automatically insert the person's username (ID) into the link. 4. User selects the text ad, selects the classified site (& category to post in), and clicks "post". The program then should automatically post the ad on the selected website.
5. The final step requires the person to tell the membership site where they just posted the ad. I would like this also to be automated and included in the program. The program should allow the user to login to the user's back office of the membership site and submit the necessary information which is: (a) url of the posted ad (b) where the ad was placed - name of the site (c) ad type - all listed in a dropdown box.
