PHP / Javascript based XML Reader / Quiz v1

Hello,

I require a coder to write in PHP a simple webpage with the following:

1) PHP is passed some XML data as a variable

2) The PHP page will then generate a javascript based quiz from this so they stop on the sample php page. The XML code is based on this. There will be an introduction tab, then they go through each quiz, then finally then will see the review of their performance. Each question will be on it's own page, it can have multiple answers and the user chooses the correct one.
