i want a joomla website...which allow the user to create there own store and sell the item listed in database. Other users buy them using the points mod.

The main functions will allow users to sell items in their own store using the alpha points mod as the currency. I have a spec sheet that explains exactly how things will work. The spec sheet is really old and states functions that I do not need. so when you see it don't let it overwhelm you.
Basic Functions
Users list items they have for sale from items in the db
Other users buy them using the points mod
Item descriptions box art and other info must pull from Amazon API Which I believe there is a mod for.
The ability to leave eBay style feedback for the seller. Not needed for the buyer since he is paying with points.
The items are all video game and movie based.
