Employee Database Management

This project is for employee data management. Employee data will be stored in SQL database and it includes employee photo, name, address, social security, employee id, phone numbers, employment date, training taken, etc. Here are the things we should be able to do:
1. The user should be able to enter, update and/or delete any data depend upon authority of their id.
2. The user should be able to search employee’s information based upon many conditions.
3. The user should be able to click on the capture button from the employee profile screen and the webcam connected to the machine will take a snapshot of the employee and display on the screen and also store it in the database with employee’s profile.
4. The user should be able to search employee information based upon certain conditions.
5. The user will be able to create certain reports based upon either pre-define condition or real-time search. The user will be able to select the output data by selecting available fields from the list.
6. All reports should have title, heading, sub-headings, etc. and some cases may be total and sub-totals.
7. There should be an Administrator page where the admin will be able to setup the user id, password, and authority level.
8. There would be three levels of authorities: base, intermediate, and admin. The detail of the base and intermediate authority access would be define later but the admin should have all the authorities.
9. The user should be able to print out the reports and the search results.
10. There should be a log file the program would keep to track each user’s daily access and operation as they login. The detail of the tracking log would be decided later. Only the admin would have access to this file from the admin page.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
1. Using Windows server web hosting to host this project.
2. The program has to be web secured due to the confidential data.
4. Once the project is done, you would be responsible to configure the product in our web host.
5. Client should be able to use IE 5.0 or above. Also, from Apple workstation web browser.
6. This project should use the newer version SQL 2005 database.
7. This project would use ASP.NET 2.0
The attached file would provide a draft version design information. The project timeline is limited and the deadlines must be kept.
