Fix Bugs in PHP Application and Add Two Small Features

I have a PHP bookmarking application that needs a bug fixed and two additional features added. The app can be found here: [login to view URL]
This is what needs to be done:
1) Bug Fix: When particular URL's are saved to the site, it throws a PHP error. An example would be this URL [login to view URL] which cannot be saved. This bug needs to be fixed.
2) Delete List Feature: Add a link to the list page, which will delete the list from the DB and remove the list ID from the associated DB entries.
3) Reset Password: Add a reset password page that allows the user to reset their password if they forget their old one. A unique link should be sent to their email allowing them to enter a new password.
