We need a custom shipping module for oscommerce, that works as follows:
Works the same in admin as all standard shipping modules
Based on table rate with choice of weight or price
Critical addition:
must have a surcharge added for a % that is set by admin
surcharge % is based on the total order value (before shipping is added)
Must be completed within 2 days maximum.
Must follow standard oscommerce coding - MS2
Price and delivery time will be the most important factors in accepting a bid.
Please do not bid unless you are highly experienced in oscommerce modifications.
