Bluetooth applications that operate on both iPhone and Blackberry platforms. The application will sync with an external bluetooth device and remain a registered device on the platform. When the external device is placed in "data transfer" mode, the application will accept its data, transfer the data, via an internet data connection, (ex. EVDO or WiFi) and then provide confirmation to the platform user that the data was successfully submitted.
