I want to do two simple tasks:

1.? Reference cells in a table/array by the names I put as column and row headers.

2.? In another tab I want to write formulas that find a value in the table/array by getting the row and column information from other cells that match the text used as column and row headers.

I did this long ago.? I just can't remember how and I have an immediate and urgent need to rework some numbers in a budget.

Can you help?
