People can choose one of 2 was to include their site. Either to add a reciprocal link from their home page to this site, or by making a payment. System to be automated to detect if reciprocal link is added to home page and have cron job to run every day to verify link is still added. If reciprocal link is removed or monthly recurring payment does not bill, then listing is suspended and email is sent to user. (Make W3 compliant)
