webscrapper with uploading , downloading and posting features

I am looking for a automated application/script that can do these things
1. Webscraping : our target site is [url removed, login to view] . here many posts come . But our application will need to detect only those which have word "MyFreeCams " in title . once post is detected ... it should grab only Download links .
App will rescan main page every 5 mins and will look for updates
2. Downloading : Our host will be [url removed, login to view] , he app will login to keep2share and will download from there .
3. Processing : Its bit hard . so once all videos are downloaded . we need a script that can generate two thngs from each video . one is thumbanail .
second : A snapshot of video
Note : As we will be making posts one by one .... so it should work like this ... file 1 gets uploaded to filehost and dowload links is grabbed, the snapshot and thunmbnail of that specific gets uploads to imagehost and links are grabbed
and now we can make post 1 ... so it should work like this and will make 20 posts ready
4. Uploading : imagehost will be : [url removed, login to view] and upload host will be : [url removed, login to view]
5. Posting : It will be on [url removed, login to view] . Ill give you a link ... app will post each time to that link ... App will post 20 videos at a time ... and then after 10 mins next 20.... .
