Fatal error [login to view URL] fix

My email autoresponder script is producing the following error on contacts -> view all contacts:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1889666 bytes) in /home1/qmgonlin/public_html/mail/admin/functions/[login to view URL] on line 1055
It also has a script that runs very slowly when I try to edit a wysiwyg portion of an existing autoresponder web form.
Something is running very slow and causes two of my sites to timeout or process emails very slowly (or not at all).
I think the problem is [login to view URL] related but I don't have time to figure it out.
