Webstore creation over Virtuemart and Joomla

The job consists of the creation of an online webstore over virtuemart and joomla using the latest stable compatible versions of both. The products that will be offered on the store are home furniture, mainly beds.
The initial catalog will be integrated by 28 products. Each product may have different sizes, its price depends on the selected size. Also each product may have several accesories that also change its price.
The store should be SEO optimized, and by consecuence should get a score of at least 90/100 on SiteMetrics or other trusted SEO online evaluator approved by both sides.
The store clients, between other things, should be able to search products, add them to the shopping kart, delete them from the shoping kart, change quantities, view shipping and handling charges, and check out with different payment options: bank deposit, bank transfer, paypal or credit card.
The job should include the following:
1)Creation of the graphical design that can be based on sugested templates or on provided ones. Before starting the store creation, the design should be approved by both sides. End user experience is very important for us, so special atention should be put on it, keeping a clean, easy and usefull design and functionality.
2)The creation of the webstore. This should include the shopping kart fully woking. Also should include at least the following sections: Who we are, Products, Services, Locations, Promotions, contact form (the required fields would be specified by us), site map, frequently ask questions and up to 3 more sections. The final webstore should be on spanish lenguaje so full translations would be provided by us, so dont worry about that.
3)Google analytics integration. The store should be integrated to google analytics.
4) The instalation of the webstore on the final web hosting provider
5)Full documentation of the job, including, templates, components, addons and versions of each one. Also if custom code is used, full documentation and source code of it should be handled.
5) Web store on live fully working.
