Social Engine / Ultima Forum Plugin fix and integration

Hi there, we have a brand new retail Social Engine 4.8.0 Professional install, and we have the retail version of the Forum Ultima Plugin. The plugin doesn't work with this latest version of Social Engine, and the developers of the plugin no longer trade.
We require someone to do two things..
1) make the Forum Ultima Plugin work fully
2) we then need a function added to the Member Levels, we want each member level to show a specific image as well as their titles
We've tried other forum plugins, but none of them have the full functionality of the Ultima Forum.
We already have the plugin, but just need someone who can make it work with the latest version of Social Engine.
The end result is for us to have a fully functioning Forum Ultima Plugin, with the additional Member Level images. If we're happy, there might be more work available in the future.
