My group has just finished the wireframe of our platforms ([url removed, login to view]). At the moment we want to develop something in Wordpress, Joomla or php to keep costs down (if things go well we will update later to a more robust structure).
The idea is to have something similar to Freelancer/Odesk/Elance..of course a bit more simple and about company formation.
The wireframe attached should make thinghs easier to understand. We are still working on a package compare page and the payment method (possibly escrow).
Are you in position to define a tentative budget? Keep in mind that, in this phase, we could also accept to modify some plugin like: [url removed, login to view]
Some keynotes:
1) indicate if you have worked on similar project and supply details
2) indicate your location (we work on Moscow - Italy timezone)

* In the meantime we have decided to drop Joomla and Wordpress and to develop everything in PhP / Cakephp / Zend. Please, review your offers.
