I work for a non profit organization that has around 600 locations around the world. I need a map that will show locations nearest a persons current location. I would also like to have them to be able to search by city, state, zip code or country. My data is available to me by a csv file. I just need to be able to upload new cvs file occasionally to replace the current csv file. I would like the google api to show street view, and give directions to locations. I have my own dedicated server with hostgator.

My csv file is Not geocoded.
