Personalised RSS Web Feed Creation - PHP Web Services

We are looking for an experienced developer to:

create a set of 3 web services that:

1. Allows users to post their own 140 character status update (basic text) similar to a tweet this should integrate with our XMPP server and Database

3. Provide us with the opportunity to easily post our own messages & images into all users feeds via a simple self-service page

All processing should be handled on the server side.

API Method: GET

This project is can be described as the creation of a simple personalised RSS feed.

The web service should integrate with our Openfre XMPP server database as that is where usernames and friend lists are stored
