PHP eBay Trading API GetOrders Call Script

Hello everybody,

I'm having an issue myself with this specific call, so I am outsourcing since obviously something's not right with my approach.

I need the following, a script (doesn't even need to be a class) that will connect to eBay Trading API (please register your own developer account for testing purposes, I cannot supply you with mine) and pass a request for call GetOrders with a timeframe ot 1 day back, for a given seller, and plain simple just receive (print) the XML output onscreen. Nothing more. I cannot seem to connect, getting some kind of version error I cannot work around. This script will run as cron job, so any form of javascript will not work.

Task is relatively straightforward - connect, authenticate, pass call, receive and print output xml.
