1) File uploading:

Each upload includes one file, 50 words description, upload time and thumbnail;
A primary key will be associated to the uploaded files;
The total size of upload cannot exceed 3mb;
The server checks completeness of the data after upload;
The primary key generated will be sent to mobile app after successful upload.
2) Thumbnail displaying:
To send number of thumbnails to app according to the request of the app;
3) File downloading:
To send the file and text description with the primary key required by the app;
