I need a QUIZ App for web and mobile upgradable that assign a coefficient to te user.
The coefficient changes (upgrade or downgrade) each time the user repeat the quiz test.
The quiz must be upgradable introducing new questions and the questions must be classificated for different difficulty.
After finished the quiz test the user will be able or not to participate to voting of decision and his vote value more or less of the other users.
IT DEPENDS OF HIS COEFFICIENT.
The target is assign a different value to the vote of the users each time that he participate to any decision.
The best user votation valuated more than the bad user.
The user must to have more than one coefficient; they must have one coefficient for each argument: ecology, education, economics, etc.
because when the user is called to vote for some decision the arguments are very differente between them so only the most intelligent in each argument will be valuated in their voting.
