Virtual project manager / general manager

Hi,

we are a web-based company with a virtual staff of 6 (including myself).

The company is growing fast and has reached the stage where it is becoming too large for me to manage by myself.

We have a business plan but finding it difficult to achieve our goals of implementation because at the moment I'm providing all mangement and project management while attending to my own tasks within the company.

I'm looking for someone with experience in managing teams, with experience also in tackling problems and taking ideas through all stages of development to completion and implementation.

You MUST have experience in developing and documenting work systems and flow charts to standardize and streamline work practices.

You must be a strong implementer, with great follow-through and ability to see a project through to the end.

I'm strong in marketing, planning and product ideas but weak in organization and implementation. I need a 2nd-in-command to help me make my ideas a reality through building of teams, creation of systems, delegation of tasks and project management until project completion and implementation.

Our business plan will make us the largest provider in the world of information in our niche. It will be an exciting and rewarding challenge for the right candidate.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
