VB.NET right-click on windows file, context menu

Hello, I need the source code for an app that will add a context menu to the right-click of my windows files.

Specifically, I'm looking to add it to .doc, and. pdf files.

If too complicated, then adding to the context menu to all the files is okay also.

## Deliverables

This is the objective of the application......

User right-clicks on a file in windows, and then has the option to "send to server" Once they left-click on send to server, a vb.net form or app will pop up.

They will fill in basic information about the file, Ex. clientname, and click on the submit button on the form. The form will then copy the file to a path.

I need help with.......

1-the adding the right-click menu option to windows

2-getting the form to load

3-getting a handle to the file I right-clicked and copying it to a

server path.

I need source code with comments.

Also, I need it in VB.NET

If possible, I need it to work in Windows2000 and in XP
