Struggling with SPAM on my client forum site.

I have this site: [url removed, login to view] and there are thousands of spams. I need a permanent solution quickly. Can someone familiar with this help sort this out. I guess it’s a matter of integrating Akismet in the forum for 5 mins or so...i will pick minimum bid. This needs doen asap.
