Create WordPress Site from Brochure

I have a client who is rebranding. They have an existing site with content that we can use. They want the new site to reflect the look and feel of the new brochure (attached) that they are having created. I have WordPress installed on a 'working' site that we will use to create this site (we will move it later to the client domain).
I need someone to review the brochure, be able to create images from parts of the PDF document (I haven't gotten the actual images from their graphics department yet), and put the website together so that it has the look and feel of the brochure. I anticipate that the site will only have about 6-7 pages (the same pages as the existing site plus a blog page)
I would prefer that the site is done with one of the following themes (I have already purchased), but will entertain thoughts on another theme that you think would work better for this project:
