Daily deal site with a kick-Please read

I am looking for a deal site that is has the same features and categories as living social with the instant deals section as well. If this is is not in your script I am not interested in your service or your script. Remember this has to be ready built no bugs and have the instant deals section of living social and all its categories. if you do not know what I am talking about then sign up to living social and take a look cause that is what I want. Ready to install and BUG FREE please. There are two differences and that is,

I would like to just charge a set amount and have it auto deducted from every coupon sold, and I would like the business owner to be sent the rest of the money to the business owners paypal account. I set the amount to be deducted per sale of coupon by percentage or dollar amount.

2nd I would like the ability for business owners to post deals whenever they want only if their business has been approved at least once. But they are limited to one main deal per day and one instant deal that is it. I would like the ability to still moderate the deals.

I should not have to manage any money in the admin panel except for "my commissions" received per sale of each coupon and that is it. All refunds, and excess funds beyond that should not be included

Payment tiers should be as followed:

if a business owner posts a deal for $1-$49- should be able to charge a fixed amount of( amount or percentage)

if a business owner posts a deal for $50-$100-should be able to charge a fixed amount of (dollar amount or percentage)

If a business owner posts a deal for $100+ should be able to charge a fixed amount of( dollar amount or percentage)
