High Quality Help Desk Script

Hi there,

I need someone to develop me a Help Desk system, should be based on PHP and MySQL, or if you have any other suggestion that will fit in a linux server please let me know.

I want it to be a high quality advanced help desk system, which will be build with the intention of selling it as a script, so I would have to own the full copyrights of the programming.

The first revision of the help desk should be made in maximum 3 weeks, and in the last week will be for last changes, bugs, etc..

Need to be completely bug free and working.

The person who make it should deliver also a User Manual (pdf) document that explains how to use it, it can be a short guide, but should include a full installation explanation and how to use the platform.

Payment will be made in 2 escrow payments 50% and 50%

Please do not bid if you are not familiar with the help desk platforms, I will prefer to work with somebody that already had create help desk in the past please provide that info if you had.

Attached is a more detailed document of how the project should be done.
