Joomla Employee Component

We have a client that has multiple pages on their Joomla site that have their employees listed. They are listed in a "tree" type manner - with the senior most executives at the top. The issue is this was simple done with a table, which they insert the employee picture, title and name into. The problem is they constantly mess up the spacing, fonts, etc of the table and we have to go back in and fix it.
They want a simple, straightforward way to add an employee picture, title, name, and short bio - in a Joomla component so they can just fill in the fields, publish and have it display in the right spot.
See attached for a screenshot of how the page will have to appear. Once you click on the employee picture, it would open to a larger view with a short bio.
I found this component, but it doesn't display the employees in a "tree" view, only a "list view". ad
