I need a professional and realiable Google Adsense website creator that is able to build a site generating AT LEAST $10 -$15 USD per day. Please only bid if you are able to make this happen, as payment will only be released once this income has been proven and sustained for at least a 1 week period.

Your responsibilities will include writing the SEO optimized content and fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using Wordpress, but if you have any other platform you like better I am open to suggestions.

Before bidding, please ensure that you can meet the following requirements.

- Provide overview plan before starting the project

- Must be original and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords

- SEO Marketing as needed and required

- Must consistently generate between $10 - $15 per day

- Must be a standalone website

- Cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, warez or anything that is not acceptable to the adsense TOS. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimised to attract people to click on the ads

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or bought traffic)

- Must be optimized for Google Adsense

Payment will be made AFTER I see consistent income being generated for 1 week (meaning that the site must meet or exceed the required income of between $10 and $15 USD per day for 7 full days). No partial payments will be made.

When you bid, please let me know how you plan to generate traffic to the website using ONLY legal, white hat SEO and methods that fall within the AdSense terms of service agreement.

Only experience bidders with a proven record will be considered. If the work is done well with good communication there will definitely be future opportunities to work together.

You will search for the niche topic and you will search for a suitable domain name, I will then go and purchase the domain name and I will get hosting and give you the hosting details so you can begin work.

Once I have awarded you the bid I will set up a full milestone for when work is complete.
