We need a senior Magento developer for a private sales project

We are looking for a senior Magento developer to help us on developing our Magento customization project. This project is mainly about backend, but will also need some frontend experience, please read descriptions and requirements carefuly.
TEAM
The project team already has one developer and one leader. Since we have to finish our tasks urgently, we need an external help on some extensions.
END PRODUCT
We will be developing a private sales platform on Magento community (which does not have flash sales built in). Additionally we are in need of some extensions. However, in the end there will be a very simple product with some extensions.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
We will use a task tracking software to plan our weekly work. There will be weekly objective updates and daily checkpoints. The outsourcer should be available through IM and e-mail. Local time of Turkey is GMT +2, and we will strictly ask the outsourcer to be online between 18.00 - 22.00 GMT.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years of Magento (experience in customization projects is a must)
- 3 years of PHP (with OOP)
- HTML, CSS, Javascript knowledge
- Flexibility in working time (align to Turkish working hours)
- Integration experience with social platforms (Facebook, Twitter) will be a huge value add to us
- Dedication to project (If you have other projects and concerned that you cannot reserve time, please ignore this post)
