Web Panel for Mobile Location Tracking Service

I need a web management panel for Mobile Location Tracking App Service as Back End

PHP & MySQL and Google Maps

1) The Panel Must be HTML5 And full responsive

( [login to view URL] web admin templates can be fine therefore no need to additional Design Cost)

2) Admin panel must support root administrator to update and delete all data, manage registered users

and payment records.

3) User Registration with email verification and sms verification

-first email verification to use the service, email server is localhost sendmail

-After email verified, send random generated sms code (just echo it now, i will write it later)

and wait for an input of the code ( in table 0 sms not verifid, 1 verified) in order to complete registration

(I will give all tables and fields to be used inregistration)

4) Users will subscribe for service with paypal or fastspring

update user table for paid or not, if paid show mainscreen below

if not paid wait until payment to service.

5) Full registered users with payment can access their location data

Data will be represent as Responsive Google Maps at Top and Data Grid at bottom. Width :100%

Each row can be clickable and highlight on the map with info box

In Infobox show adress Geocoding from Lattitude and Longiture data with Google Maps API

but the Data Grid must be more good looking, giving the best #UX

Data will be displayed daily specific to today

6 ) The data will always be fed by mobile device, so ajax update the map and grid for every 2.5 minutes with new data.

7) Users can select previous day's data to see it on map and grid.

8) User login must not be required again and again once logged in with cookies
