I want to create a website where
1. I can create shops for various different customers,
2. They pay through paypal a monthly fee
3. They get their own user space where they can upload promotions and deals
4. I need an query window where the website user can create a query in a particular category, this query gets emailed to the shops and only those shops in the category, the shops can then bid on what price they want to charge for the query.
5. I need the shops to have there own payment facilities between the user and the shop
