I need an interactive website for a shopping mall. The sample website can be referred as emeraldtower.com.pk. It should have an interface to change data dynamically (photo images / any dynamic data).

Following tools / skills may be required to completed this project:

1. Complete DIV ( table less pages )

2. Complete CSS based design

3. SEO optimized urls and code.

4. Custom development PHP + MYSQL

5. Complete CUSTOM CMS with security.

6. Full Dynamic website including each option showing, information pages, links, categories, banners etc.

Once project awarded, The Developers must deliver it in 7 days. After 7 days, the user will start a review and testing of the application. You will be required to accommode any changes / bug fixes after testing in the same price. Due to my client's budget limitations, the project cost may not run over £200 - £250.
