Building AdSense WordPress Site (1 of 10)

In this job, I am looking forward to build a Google AdSense Website that generates around $900 to $ 3,000 a month ($30-$100/day) and has SEO theme. I have a hosting account and domain name already registered and you need to use them.

If you have any interesting niches in mind that can generate great income, please let me know as I am about to build 10 different websites.

You don’t have to write content, design logos or art work as I will provide you with such data. Your job is to simply build WordPress site and power it with a beautiful theme, research keywords so that I can write articles on them.

My requirements are:

• I am expecting a LOWER BID since I will provide you with images, articles and graphics work, so you need to focus only on designing.

• An appealing WordPress template that looks professional and clean but is powerful enough to attract AdSense revenue.

• Detailed elaboration of a project plan before we start working. I need to know how your strategies to hit the target revenue.

• Cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, wars or anything that is not acceptable to the Adsense TOS. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE

• Milestones will be created on time but NO PAYMENTS WILL BE RELEASED IN ADVANCE without seeing the REVENUE.

• My website is SEO themed, so you need to give me a proper strategy and list of keywords that can help us to generate some money.

• I also need strategies on maintaining the Ad Sense revenue for many years.

I am planning to build 10 websites only for AdSense and another 30 is on pipeline for various internet marketing niches. Successful bidder will be used for my future projects as well.
