Wordpress plugin modification plus some theme changes

We need someone with great Wordpress modifying skills.
We have a test site in place where you can test your code before deploying it on the main site.
The Wordpress site in question is a site with promotional codes/links/discounts to various sites. We need more funcionallity and flexibility in our current design.
You need to modify our Wordpress theme with these modifications:
- Make it possible to add discounts as an "Own field" in the blog posts. We have added the [url removed, login to view] image to show how the image can look (with a percentage discount). The discount can be a percentage, a gift, free delivery, an amount, or expired (if the discount is no longer active).
The own field will display an image when displaying all posts/in searches, ect. And display the image when viewing the post. The best way to do this, is to use the image as a background and then overlay text on the image depending on the discount value (entered in the custom field). Preferably there are 3 own fields.
1: with the discount figure, 10% or 300 kr. or Free Gift.

- Create a page with the best discounts on top (sorting them according to the discount field above). 70% > 20% > 5% > > > Free gift > Free delivery > Expired discounts.
