wordpress plugin modification and theme design

My website built by wordpress using business directory plugin (paid module). The website is a directory for online stores and shops. Each shop has image, URL, description……….etc.
Needed modification:
1- Add more fields that shows the website is trusted or not depending on special source will be provided (trusted icon automatically will be sown on the corner of the listed store image).
2- Each store user can add special offers in the store profile (this feature has some admin setting: approve, paid offers, featured offers will be shown in the home page and sidebar, limitation number of offers every day/week/month).
3- All offers can be shown in one single page and these offers can be sorted by type of directory category.
4- Single offer has: Title, description, rating, previous price, current price, comments, will end in days-hours, store name buy now button which will direct to store payment page.
5- Home page will be like this [url removed, login to view]
6- Offers page will show all offers that can be sorted by price, region, newer adds, directory.
7- theme CSS elegant looking.
