Add automated process to a contact or account in Microsoft Business Contact Manager

I want to be able to add automated tasks to Microsoft BCM contacts or accounts, to be automatically activated at a predetermined date and time.

For example, when I add a new customer (account and contact), I want to set up a follow up stream of activities, eg.

1.? Send a welcome letter - direct mail (Day 1)

2.? Send a "just checking in" email - (Day 3)

3.? Send a FAQ document via email - (Day 5) etc.

I've searched for add-ins but can't find anything like this.? I know Goldmine and ACT have similar process driven functionality, but I'm comfortable with Outlook and BCM, so would prefer to continue using this if it's cost effective to do.
