XP ''like'' icons for web application

We're looking for a designer that can create XP "like" icons for our web application.
We have licensed icons from <[url removed, login to view]> - but we need more icons, speciliased for our application.
Icons should be designed according to the guidelines from Microsoft: <[url removed, login to view]>
In the first project we need about 30 icons. To qualify please design an icon for a quiz/test/multiple choice and upload as an attachment to your bid.
## Deliverables
1) Icons should be delivered as in the following formats: 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48 (both plan and drop shadow) GIF and PNG. Photoshop files should also be delivered.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
