LOGO needed for new site

I need a logo in psd,jpg,and pngformats. I do not have colors yet so I am open to ideas. The logo is for a new site called BrainWurx.com. The website is for a new division of our company which will specialize in customized online and desktop applications as well as programming debugging and optimization with a focus on our great ability for out of the box thinking.

I am looking for a catchy and fun logo such as [url removed, login to view] versus Microsoft.com. However, i am open to all ideas. I need this turned around pretty quickly. Do not bother if you have bad feedback or a low ranking. Provide samples of your logo design as links in your post. I do not have time to open a lot of zip files today. **Submit only samples of logos you have done. I don't want to see examples of websites or other graphic projects you've worked on.

PSD and PNG fies must have layers properly organized.**

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

**4) Since this is a graphic type project we require copies of the logos in the following resolutions: 72, 300, 600 dpi in PNG, PSD and JPG formats with layers preserved in PNG and PSD formats. I also need this in some sort of vector type graphic so resolutions will remain good if imported into flash.**
