I need a header banner for my website (I don't like the current one):[url removed, login to view] I don't have any particular requirements, so here is only a simple description. For sure I want the logo (I will send the high-definition to the final contractor) to be on the banner; I also want the site name, tag line to be on the banner. I need to remove the telephone numbers and e-mail; It has to be completely redesigned (you don't have to design the navigational buttons as I will change them into text based buttons), so you don't have to worry about them. You may use graphics, images etc.., just making sure the website is tailored to a business audience, so it needs to have a rather "serious" look. You also have to make sure that the length is the same with the current one. The coder also need to agree to make changes to my satisfaction. The max bid accepted is only $10, but if it's good, will definitely bonus you.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
