new business website required (repost)

professional 10 page website required for my business, website will have backdrop of images and textual input on each page. Also with information request form with email facility and also connected to credit card/payment facility.

1/. how would you protect website from hackers or is this something my webhost is responsible for (sorry for newbie question)?

2. what search engine optimisation techniques would you use ?

3/. how would you connect website to credit card facility ?

5/. assuming there will be some slight changes over project, what is your expected time frame for project completion ?
