Simple wordpress template design required for personal blog

I am seeking someone to help create a Wordpress template for me to use for my personal blog.
Below is a list of current blogs with designs that I am looking at basing my design on:

- [login to view URL]
- [login to view URL]
All I would like is a very simple, elegant and minimalist theme similar to the examples above.
I will also need a social media share plug-in to be added to the bottom of each post, along with a space for users to sign up to receive email notifications from MailChimp - if you are able to use the same social media share plug-in as the [login to view URL] blog, that would be fantastic.
Please get in touch if you think you are able to do this with examples of your previous work and we will be able to discuss my requirements in more detail from there.
I have also included a DRAFT concept of the type of design I am hoping to get out of this project.. Please note that it is only a draft as my photoshop skills are very basic and I have just photoshopped some elements from the example blogs I listed above to give you a better understanding of what I am after.
