Endangered Species Sale Tracker

I saw a story on CNN about the worldwide Internet trade in Endangered Species. Here's 1 link, Google 4 more

<[url removed, login to view]>

I want to create a program that searches Google, Yahoo, and other search engines, based on a list of names of Endangered Species. If it finds a match, it looks for other words on the site eg for sale, trade, shipping, purchase, credit cards etc. (list of keywords)

If it finds another match, the site is posted to an RSS feed, which can be shown on a Web site. People will go to this web site, donate money so that we can actually buy these animals, then give them to zoos and pursue the vendors by alerting every authority we can think of (email list)

Help me, help the animals, help the world! I can't believe that people are doing this, but it seems like with this idea it would be easy for us to make it hard for them.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

I am open to different languages

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

agent would run on an always-on server somewhere

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

n/a here: the deliverable would be the RSS feed, automatically generated say daily, and posted to a web site.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
